WW point friendly Bubble Up Chaffle! You get a crescent roll, eggs, veggies and cheese all packed into one delicious Chaffle!
So what the heck is a Chaffle and while were at it, define bubble up! First let me tell you, Chaffles are taking the health conscious world by storm! So, be lose definition a Chaffle is a low-carb “waffle” made with basically Egg and cheese and then a array of both savory or sweet ingredients. They are usually made in a little Mini waffle maker to create a perfect one size serving.
In a savory Chaffle, like the one in this recipe, mozzarella can be used, but sharper, saltier cheeses like cheddar, Colby, Parmesan can also be combined with spices like like garlic powder, onion powder, chili powder, Everything Bagel Seasoning and so much more!
Toss in your favorite veggies and you have a sort of Waffle Omelet! In the this recipe we are creating a “bubble up.” A bubble up is where you use a biscuit or crescent type roll that will “bubble up” as it bakes. So in the Chaffle we have a whole meal in one little cute waffle griddle. And it couldnt be easier to make! These are also ideal to make ahead and freeze. You can then pull them out as you need them and pop them in a toaster or airfryer anytime you would like a delicious heathy snack or meal!

I use the whole triangle for 2-3 chaffles.
