Rice and Beef Stroganoff

Ingredients

  • 1 1/4 Lean Ground Beef
  • 1 C Onion chopped
  • 1 can Cream of mushroom soup I use reduced fat
  • 1 C Jasmine Rice
  • 1 tbsp Thyme
  • 1 can little round potatoes
  • 2 tbsp light sourcream
  • 2 tbsp Pepper
  • 1-2 tbsp minced garlic
  • 1 tbsp garlic powdeer

Instructions

  • Pre heat your crockpot until warm and then add in all ingredients on low EXCEPT the rice, potatoes and sour cream. Cook on low for 3 hours. Then add the rice and potatoes and cook for another hour. Add about 1/2 cup of water if needed to cook the rice. Add in the light sour cream in the last half hour. Kick back to warm for the last 1/2 hour or so.
