Cold and creamy is what I always end up craving at the end of the day. Well, and cookies. But I always crave cookies. It seems that on WW it is pretty challenging to come up with a satisfying dessert without using bananas and without using store bought sugar free cake mix. So I have been in test kitchen for quite some time trying to come up with recipes that will impress and let me tell you this one is one of the best yet!
This little snowball tastes like a cold, deconstructed Oreo! Even the non dieters in my life love them. You can whip these up in the morning and serve them by late afternoon. I also think they would look even better if you popped them in a silicone mold and froze them in a heart for Valentines Day or maybe a bunny for Easter! They are just the right bite when you need something low point to stave off the sugar monster!
