Buttery, garlic tender steak bites! Yum! These are so easy to make and super satisfying! So tender you can cut these with a spoon! The trick is in the searing and then the slow, low cook in the oven to tenderize the meat!
This is one of my very favorite creations on WW (Weight Watchers) and especially low carb! These are even a favorite for my friends on keto! They just use full fat butter to increase the fat and the macros are ideal with this dish!
Easy 2 step tenderizing method!
The trick to getting a buttery tender steak is really all about the cut of meat and the cooking method. I always sear the meat in a screaming hot pan first as it breaks down the muscle fibers in the meat to soften the texture.
Here’s the Heavy pot I use and love! Easy to cook with and clean plus goes straight from the stove to the Oven!
With Sirloin, I love to cook it low and slow in the oven and let it come up to temperature slowly with all the savory seasonings on board. Don’t be tempted to skip the searing to start because your meat will not come out as tender and you will miss that caramelized flavor the hot pan gives it.

How should I serve it?
Personally, I have no issue eating this just as is right out of a bowl along side a salad with ranch dressing but if youre looking for some other methods you can try these family favorites!
#1 Serve over rice
#2 Serve over a bed of Romaine lettuce with some Blue Cheese crumbles and tomatoes
#3 On a bun with some melty cheese and green peppers
#4 Over some Naan Bread and some cool tzatziki as a condiment! One of my personal faves!
Coming in at only 2 points per ounce you can make a fabulous meal on Weight Watchers with this Protein as the star!

Pour in bag and coat steaks. Let marinade for at least 3 hrs. Overnight is even better! Cover bottom of pot with 1 tsp olive oil. Get the pan very hot. Preheat oven to 300 F. Sear the steaks on both sides and then transfer to the oven with the lid on for about 1.5-2 hrs. Meat will be very tender and can be cut with a spoon!
