DO you ever have those days when you’re just not in the mood for a full breakfast meal? DO you prefer to make your second meal of the day your higher protein meal like an omelet with some cheese and veggies? Me too!
On our Weight Watchers journey (WW) we can fit just about anything into out meal plans for the week and there are some weeks that I just prefer to get my nutrients and energy from a cold and creamy Frappuccino knock off! But without all the calories, WW points and sugar of course!
Similarly, Smoothie bowls can make a very healthy breakfast—it’s all about the ingredients and keeping reasonable portions along with toppings! When looking for a healthy breakfast smoothie or shake, low sugar is the way to go! No one needs a sugar bomb in the morning which is why I created these low point copycat drinks and bowls! They are low in sugar having just the natural sugar that occurs in fruit and high in protein, fiber, and healthy fats so you stay full for longer!
Watch it being made by video!
Since we are using frozen unsweetened fruit to make these WW Copycat fraps, you will need a high speed blender. Even a Magic bullet will work! Linked is a good starter one that I own as well. Its under $30 and comes with all the accessories!
You can make many variations of these Copycat drinks and in doing so you control the ingredients, which is my favorite part! I have several on my site and also on my Youtube channel in the blog post!
Let me know in comments what you come up with!

The premiere makes my stomache hurt. Is there a substitute or another variation?
You could use Vanilla sweetened Almond milk or any other protein powder or shake you like.
Thank you so much. I think the addition of Carmel flavoring with the milk.
Great! Excited to make this
Hello,Let me start off by saying this is not critical.

Just wanted you to know in case you were unaware.
Thanks and keep posting.

Mustard? Not sure where you saw that. The written recipe is accurate. Hope that helps!
The link wouldn’t connect for the pro pwd. I have vanilla pro pwd, so I could add sf choc syrup or cocoa pwd as a substitute. Which would you suggest?
